Suzanne Tindol has been practicing yoga for 20+ years. She is certified in 'Yoga in Advanced Studios with Therapeutic Essentials'. Suzanne resides in Hendersonville and runs her own business, A Gentle Stretch, through the Henderson County Parks Recreation Center.

Aoife Clancy grew up in Tippery, Ireland and has been a musician all her adult life. She moved to the States in 1992 and toured over 200 dates with the band Cherish the Ladies from NY City. She has performed with orchestras including the Grammy-Nominated Celtic Album with the Boston Pops for their Celtic Night.
Aoife now resides in Etowah, NC and runs hr own yoga practice in Brevard, where she incorporates traditional Gaelic melodies through song, guitar, Bodhran (Irish drum) and a Tibetan Singing Bowl.
She and Suzanne will combine both their talents in a sound healing restorative yoga event!
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga is the centering of you breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods. Props will assist in keeping your body comfortable as you move from one pose into the next. Suzanne will give clear instructions as she guides attendees into 6 or 7 restorative poses. Aoife will compliment the poses with her soothing Gaelic melodies to creating a meditative and nourishing experience.
