'A Gentle Stretch' programs are Therapeutically influenced. The holistic "hands-on" application allows one with limitations to be able to combine breath and movement that gently challenges but not going past your level of comfort. We breathe and move our whole physical self going towards an alignment that is best for your body, stretching for healthy muscles, gentle turns for vertebrae mobility, strengthening for self-confidence and feeling stronger in mind and physical body, balance for fall prevention, and restoring your body for healing. Find that focal point as your breathe and get inside your mind, body and soul and do what your body gives you permission to do while working through limitations and going towards more quality of life.

Hi! I'm Suzanne, your fitness instructor. My goal is to help you retain mobility and flexibility. My class plan works with your limitations and provide a safe, fun environment!

I began to attend yoga classes due to a life interruption.  The Yoga classes have really helped me physically and emotionally. After four years of attending classes faithfully, I decided to become a certified instructor.  Listening to the participants, I found that people need all different types of exercises and slowly found myself certifying in the programs that are now offered.  My goal is to help you to be able to stay mobile and perform functional movements for everyday living. My class plan works with your limitations and provides a safe, fun environment!
