Yoga with Therapeutic Influences is a holistic “hands-on” application.  This allows one with limitations to be able to combine breath and movement that gently challenge you in poses that stretch, strengthen, promote balance, and a breathing technique to calm your nervous and lymphatic system. My technique is a holistic approach...breath and movement of the whole physical self going towards an alignment that is best for your body, stretching of your muscles, gentle twists for your vertebrae, strengthening for self-confidence and feeling stronger in mind and physical body, balance for fall prevention, and restoring your body for rest and healing. Find that focal point with breath and get inside your mind, body and soul and do what your body gives you permission to do while working through limitations and going towards more of a quality of life.
